Each Athlete will train, travel and compete in various competitions throughout a 8 month span. They will go through challenges and overcome obstacles. Let us not forget the excitement of a great Track and Field experience. It is our duty to ensure the utmost and expedient experience for every athlete and parent. Registration Fees include uniforms, insurance, AAU and USATF membership, facility rental, coaches’ memberships and background checks, & equipment.
2 New Athletes - Youth - Full Season
This training will be a 8 month training program 2 days a week in the Fall (indoor season) and 3 day trainings and various gym and other types of training days in the outdoor season. The athlete will undergo various challenging training sessions and competitions. The athlete will be assessed in the begining of the training season and at the end of the training seasons to show the improvements that the ahlete has made. The training will be detailed drills, runs, strength training, stabilization training, endurance training, pool training, weight room training, and more. The athlete will be trained with the most concentrated attention. Every Athlete is and Important Athlete!

3 days a week on track or grass and other modes of training - Outdoor season
1 hour to 1 hour and 30 mins. (varies on training some days no less than the stated time frame)
