Jermaine Haugabook took to the track this past Sunday on a venture to match his PB for the season. He suffered a short injury in his lower back a few weeks ago and wanted to test his current condition after a series of trainings in the gym. He ran the 100m clocking 2 tenths off his PB 11.83. His time of 12.08 showed promise for his return to sub 12 times in the 100m. Later that night he finished with a strong fight in the 200m taking 4th in his heat. Jermaine will compete this summer in the USATF Florida Masters Championships with his teammates. Look for new PB times from A. J. Haugabook soon.
